Activity Description
Something has gone wrong at Hogwarts. A surge of dark magic has disrupted the castle, and new students must work together to restore balance before it spreads any further. Work together to complete your wizard training, restore the unstable magic, and uncover the truth behind what really happened at Hogwarts.
How to Play
1. Set Up - Arrange puzzle stations, props, and the final locked badge box. Hide any clues (e.g. under the table) before the group arrives.
2. Mission Briefing - Introduce the mission by reading the opening script and dividing the group into houses, handing each team their hogwarts invite and training record.
3. Complete Puzzles- Teams search the room completing the eight themed puzzles in any order, each puzzle with give the team a number to record on their training record.
4. Final Code - Once all puzzles are complete use the final equation to turn answer into a three digit code (perfect if you have a 3 digit lock!)
5. Extension Challenge - If a team finishes early, solve the included logic puzzle, comparing the alibis to uncover the hidden truth behind the dark magic surge.
