Resource Description

Keep on top of your whole unit with this automated tracking tool! The Journey Tracker calculates birthdays, move-up dates, badge anniversaries, years in Guiding, time spent in each section, and more, all in one simple, visual spreadsheet. Made for leaders who run multiple sections, but perfect for all!

Only a small amount of information needs to be entered; the rest updates automatically. You only need to fill in the Calculation tab: Girl’s name, Date of birth, Guiding start date, Section start dates, and Section leaving dates. When a girl is currently in a section, set the “Leaving Date” for that section to: =TODAY()

Important: Do NOT edit grey boxes. Grey boxes contain formulas. Editing them may break calculations. On the Overview page, nothing needs to be entered manually

Highlighting Key: Red (under 1 month), Yellow (under 3 months), Green (Under 1 year)
