This printable bridges the gap between Rangers and Inspire, helping Rangers discover everything Guiding has to offer after 18. Through seven themed pathways, participants explore opportunities in leadership, travel, skill development, and personal growth. Each challenge can be adapted to suit different interests and goals helping girls design their own adventure into adulthood.

Keeping the Adventure Alive

At Hummingbird HQ, the goal is to keep resources free, accessible and available to leaders nationwide after a challenging period for my own unit, when rising costs and uncertainty around meeting spaces made it clear how fragile access to guiding activities can be.
